MOBICARE™ is Mobismart's proprietary remote monitoring platform providing real-time visibility and control of deployed power systems. The platform connects via cellular (LTE/4G) or satellite communication, delivering continuous data on system performance, automated alerts for any anomalies, remote control capabilities, and historical trending for performance analysis. MOBICARE™ is essential for autonomous power systems deployed at hard-to-reach locations—enabling proactive maintenance and confident unattended operation.
What data does MOBICARE™ track?
MOBICARE™ provides comprehensive monitoring across all system components: battery state of charge, voltage, current, and temperature; solar array production and performance; fuel cell operation, output, and stack health; fuel level and consumption rate; system temperatures at multiple points; load monitoring and power quality; and communication system status. Historical data retention supports performance analysis, maintenance planning, and campaign documentation for applications like wind assessment.
Can MOBICARE™ provide video surveillance of deployment sites?
Yes. Many Mobismart systems include onboard IP cameras integrated with MOBICARE™. This provides real-time video surveillance of the deployment site alongside power system monitoring—valuable for security applications, remote site inspection, and verifying system status. Video is accessible through the same web and mobile dashboards used for power system monitoring, consolidating site visibility in a single platform.
What alerts does MOBICARE™ provide?
MOBICARE™ delivers automated alerts for: low battery state of charge, low fuel level requiring resupply, temperature excursions (high or low), solar production anomalies, fuel cell performance issues, communication system problems, and any component faults or errors. Alerts are configurable based on criticality and can be delivered via email, SMS, or integration with operations center systems. This proactive alerting enables intervention before issues cause downtime.
Can systems be controlled remotely through MOBICARE™?
Yes. MOBICARE™ provides remote control capabilities including: system restart without site visit, load shedding to preserve battery, charging source prioritization, parameter adjustment and optimization, and firmware updates. These capabilities minimize unnecessary site visits while ensuring rapid response to any issues. For mission-critical applications, remote control enables immediate intervention from operations centers without waiting for technician dispatch.
