About MOBISUN-350 HELI
The MOBISUN-350 HELI is engineered for extreme deployments where access is limited and reliability is non-negotiable. Designed with a lighter galvanized steel trailer frame and built for helicopter transport, the 350 HELI brings the same proven hybrid power system as the MOBISUN-350 — a 350W propane SOFC, 20 kWh battery bank, and off-grid monitoring — but in a configuration optimized for arctic, high-snow, and hard-to-reach locations.

Stand-Alone Solar Array
Unlike the MOBISUN-350, the 350 HELI does not have an integrated solar array on the trailer. Instead, it pairs with a stand-alone solar array system that includes:
A key advantage of this design is that the array is pole-mounted, meaning the panels sit higher off the ground to reduce snow buildup and improve winter performance in deep-snow regions.
Built for Deep Snow: The Snow Snorkel
The MOBISUN-350 HELI also features a Snow Snorkel system, engineered to ensure the fuel cell always has access to fresh air. In the event of extreme snowfall where the trailer becomes buried, the snorkel extends above the snowpack so the fuel cell can continue to “breathe” and operate reliably. This is a critical safeguard for long-term arctic campaigns where snow accumulation can reach several meters.
Weight & Lift Capacity
The MOBISUN-350 HELI was engineered to stay under 1,500 lbs per helicopter sling load. Deployment is planned in two loads:
Together, these two loads are within helicopter lift specifications for a 1,500 lbs capacity sling, ensuring safe and reliable transport into remote or arctic sites.
Propane Supply: The client must provide a minimum of 4 × 100 lb propane tanks on site. These are not included in the sling lift loads and must be sourced locally or delivered separately.
