The MOBISUN Hybrid Clean Power Trailer is specifically designed to meet the demanding power needs in off-grid and remote locations.

For applications that are mission-critical and require 24/7 uptime, the MOBISUN Hybrid Clean Power Trailer combines the clean renewable energy of solar power generation with a fully integrated solid oxide fuel cell power generation system as backup in an insulated NEMA 3R equivalent enclosure to charge the on-board battery storage. Runs on propane or natural gas with vapor and water as the clean emissions.

The MOBISUN HYBRID Clean Power Trailer is the perfect solution to displace the use of diesel generators (legacy technology producing harmful carbon emissions and disruptive noise) and can play an important role toward the decarbonization of off-grid power systems and contribute, in part, to broader net-zero organizational objectives.

Remotely monitored and GPS located through cellular and/or satellite communications to access all systems’ cloud-based dashboards for performance data, history and troubleshooting.

The NEW ENERDAY Remote-400 Solid Oxide Fuel Cell is an eco-friendly electrochemical conversion of Propane (HD-5) or Natural Gas into electricity. Proven fuel cell technology in market since 2014 in EU and 2019 in North America.

During the summer months, the solar array will deliver enough power to keep the battery bank charged and when the fuel cell senses the battery voltage drop below a set threshold it will automatically switch on to keep the battery bank charged ensuring a constant flow of power to the ZX300 Wind Lidar.

In the winter months, the solar will be turned off and the NEW ENERDAY Remote-400 Fuel Cell will be the primary power source generating up to 350W of continuous power to charge the battery bank. Several fuel tanks can be connected allowing it to run maintenance free for 10,000 operation hours thus requiring no refueling or human interaction for several months.

Thus, battery life is extended significantly since the controlled charging protects them from harmful deep discharges.

Monitoring & Control

Access the internet through the on-board GSR cellular modem and/or satellite for both the Solar Power and Fuel Cell systems.

Hardware options includes a Teltonika Cellular Router and/or StarLink satellite antenna dish and modem for internet access to monitor the battery state of charge, power consumption, power harvest from solar, fuel cell performance and fuel levels in real-time. Optimise the energy harvest and usage with history graphs and detailed analytical reports. Catch potential issues early by setting email alerts and follow-up on alarms to prevent definitive system failure. You can change any setting, troubleshoot, perform diagnostic checks and resolve challenges from wherever you are.
