MOBIPOWER-200K
Methanol-to-Hydrogen Fuel Cell + 200 kW Clean Power
Clean diesel genset replacement

About MOBIPOWER-200K
The MOBIPOWER-200K is a 20 ft containerized power plant that produces
hydrogen on site from methanol and water, converts it through a 200 kW
PEM fuel cell, buffers output with a 96 kWh nickel-zinc battery, and delivers
480 V 3-phase power or DC fast charging. Drop and play, no foundations,
no permanent infrastructure, and scalable to multi-megawatt sites by
adding units.
Methanol is what makes it practical. It is liquid at ambient temperature, the
densest hydrogen carrier available, and it stores and trucks like diesel. No
compressed or liquefied hydrogen logistics, no boil-off, and the lowest cost
per kilogram of hydrogen delivered (US DOE). Its flammability profile sits
closer to diesel than to gaseous hydrogen, and distribution is already in
place across North America.
Why MOBIPOWER-200K?
High Capacity — 200 kW continuous with peaks up to 300 kW, 3.5 MWh
per day.
Zero Local Pollutants — no NOx, PM or SOx; 35 to 100% lower CO2.
Fuel Security — 12+ days autonomy on a single methanol fill.
Grid-Independent — grid forming and grid following, immediate
demand response.
Lower Cost per kWh — roughly half the LCOE of a diesel genset at equal
runtime, without subsidies.
Drop and Play — arrives in a 20 ft container, no foundations or
permanent-infrastructure permits, redeploys to the next site in days.
Scalable to Megawatts — run units in parallel and add capacity as the
site grows, without re-engineering the installation.
